Please note that if there are any damaged/missing items in your order, it has to be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your parcel.

We will not be held responsible for missing things after seven (7) days. Please check your package upon arrival to ensure the package and its content is in order.

As stated in the consumer protection act, unwanted items may be returned within seven (7) days of the date of purchase, only if the product and its package and the content are complete and resealable.

Unwanted and/or incorrectly ordered items will be returned to our premises or our supplier’s premises at your own expense. You will be able to receive a credit/refund for the package once we receive the package and its content and are satisfied they are in good order.

A 15% handling fee will be charged on unwanted packages or item returns. Should you wish, we can have the parcel collected from you with our courier service, and the cost will be deducted from your credit/refund. You will not be credited/refunded for the original delivery fee.

Returning incorrectly ordered packages or items will follow the same procedures. Products that have been used and cannot be resold are not returnable.
